Moving Pictures: Brief Lives & Living Portraits

Posted by: Kenneth Rougeau    in Art, Artists, Photography, Websites

Moving Pictures by Michael Williams, Richard Cahan, and Nicholas Osborn (http://www.squareamerica.com)

Don’t miss this amazing collection of photographs!

“20 animated series of photobooth strips and/or multiple photobooth images of the same person. A jittery, flickering, Frankensteinian attempt to bring old photos back to life. A couple of the series (the first and last images) are comprised of over 30 images, so they’ll take a little time to load, but they’re worth the wait!” created by Michael Williams, Richard Cahan, and Nicholas Osborn

“When I’m not busy being a psychologist, I’m busy making art, something I have done for as long as I can remember. Since I can’t seem to settle on just one career, it’s not surprising that I can’t settle on just one artistic style either. I enjoy creating whimsical children’s illustrations in watercolor, but also like working with collage, assemblage and making jewelry. Let’s face it: my studio’s a MESS! So while I’m snipping, gluing and painting, I’m channeling Maurice Sendak, Ed Gorey and Alphonse Mucha, and hoping you like the results.” – Ramona Szczerba, aka WinonaCookie
