Today we’re launching a new series of tutorials designed to teach you different ways in which you can use digital collage sheets. In our first lesson, you’ll begin by learning to digitally manipulate the images on a collage sheet using Photoshop to make a simple ACEO / ATC sized collage suitable for printing.

Mistaken Identity

Ken Wong has created an amazing array of artwork, testing the waters of a variety of styles & finding himself at home with them all. His illustrations range from storybook to surreal to simply masterful. I only wish I had more room to feature his art here – you have to see it all to truly appreciate the inspiring cornucopia of talent that is Ken Wong.

Two Set Out In Dark Waters

Here’s what he has to say for himself:

“I’m an artist, illustrator, & designer from Adelaide, Australia. I currently work as an Art Director at a computer game studio called Spicy Horse, in Shanghai. I’ve done visualisation and art direction work for a range of clients, mostly in the games industry. All my art is digital, although often it begins as a pencil sketch. I use Adobe Photoshop for everything. I love the art of Gustav Klimt, Mike Mignola, Shaun Tan, Moebius, Zdzislaw Beksinski & James Jean.” – Ken Wong

Eugenio Recuenco:
An Eclectic Collection

Artwork by Eugenio Recuenco (http://www.eugeniorecuenco.com)

Eugenio Recuenco has hurled himself beyond the boundaries of fashion photography, reached escape velocity & landed in a bizarre & surreal landscape of his own design. He has created an extensive body of work in a variety of genres & mediums.
Fashion, except for certain cases, today is boring and above all profitable, as society in general. They told me once quite rightly that today people die at 30 and are buried at 70.” – Eugenio Recuenco (mutilated translation courtesy of Google)
