Felicia Piacentino is the founder of Catwalk Paper Works, “a one-woman, two-cat, art-making machine situated in the beautiful Berkshires in Massachusetts.”
Piacentino (aka Catwalk), makes her living as an artist & freelance copy editor. “You can see my love for words, text, and typography in my work,” she says.
“I collect vintage books, playing cards, stamps, sewing patterns, and old magazines. I love thrift stores and tag sales, and I shop on Etsy every day! It’s an addiction, really.”
All of Felicia‘s collages are one-of-a-kind originals created using vintage sources & papers found in her everyday life. Her unique collage works often makes great use of minimal elements & negative space (see below).
