• How Does The “Buy 3 Get 1 Free” Promotion Work?

Place your order for 3 or more digital collage sheets & download them instantly as you normally would. Once we’ve had a chance to review the order manually (within 24 hours, usually sooner), we will contact you via email and let you know how many free collage sheets you’re eligible to recieve (1 free for every 3 ordered). Simply reply to our message & let us know which collage sheet(s) you would like & we’ll email them to you as soon as we can. Please DO NOT add your freebie selections to your shopping cart. If you place an item in your cart, you will be charged for it at checkout & then it’s hardly free…

• What is a digital collage sheet?

Digital collage sheets are a collection of source images for use by artists, packaged neatly together into in printable file which can be downloaded for use again and again. The images can also be manipulated digitally using most photo editing programs.

• What can I do with digital collage sheets?

You can do so much with these images! You can make digital and traditional collages, ACEO’s,  art trading cards, elements for assemblage, use the images for decoupage, make handmade greeting cards, create beautiful art journals, scrapbooks, or altered art books. We also carry a wide variety of pendant images for altered art and mixed media photo charm jewelry. Our pendant images come in circles,  squares, rectangles and ovals. We carry standard pendant image sizes and we’re always willing to make custom sizes and shapes on request.

• When will I get my collage sheets?

Download links are delivered by email as soon as the payment is processed, usually just a few seconds. Shippable items will be processed, packaged & mailed as soon as possible, usually within 48 hours.

• What size paper should I print the files on?

PaperStreet’s digital collage sheets are all sized to be printed on standard 8.5″ x 11″ paper.

• Do I need to have my own printer?

You can print them at home on your own printer, or at you favorite local print shop. We do recommend color laser printing for best results.

• Can I sell the art I make with PaperStreet collage sheets?

All images are copyright free, though PaperStreet Supplies does retain the copyright to the collage sheets themselves – this means you may use the images however you’d like, but may not resell the collage sheets without our express written consent. Some of our images are our original designs for photo charms and altered art pendants,  and may only be used for tangible products they may not be used for web images,product labels, or otherwise used to sell a product unless the image is part of the product.

• Can I get specific images in custom shapes or sizes?

• Can I get the files as PDF’s?

Currently we are unable to provide instant downloads of PDF files, but you can send us an email & we’ll send you a link to download the files. We are currently working on providing instant downloads for PDFs  and will have them in the very near future : support@paperstreetsupplies.com

• What is your refund/return policy?

Since most of our products are digital in nature, we do not currently offer any refunds or exchanges, nor do we accept returns. We will, however, do everything in our power to be sure that you receive your items in a timely fashion & will do whatever we can to assist you in properly downloading & printing collage sheets.
